- Our store (promleeflowers.com) is for business/trade customers only.
- Customers need to be registered and logged in before items can be ordered. It is not possible to view prices unless logged in.
- The minimum quantity that can be ordered per item is 3 items/packets.
- The minimum value per order is $500 USD. Our website will not accept an order for less than this amount.
- After adding items to your shopping cart, you can either view and edit items in your shopping cart by clicking "Shopping Cart", or you can go straight to the checkout process by clicking "Checkout"
- Due to cost constraints we carry very little stock and most items are made to order. If an item's not in stock, it will need to be produced by our production team in our factory. It takes approximately 1 - 3 weeks to complete most orders (depending on the order size). After receipt of an order, upon request we can advise on the time scale for manufacturing and shipping
- If an order is under USD $1,500 we may ask for full payment before can we start processing the order. If an order is over USD $1,500 we may ask for a deposit payment before we can accept the order. After receipt of an order and any payment that may be due we will check the order and start processing it. Before the order is complete, if any payment is due we will send an invoice for payment of the full or outstanding balance amount. After an order is complete and we have received full payment, the order will be shipped.
- We accept payment by bank transfer and Stripe Payments. We recommend using Wise for bank transfer payments: https://www.wise.com. We may ask for a deposit payment before we can accept the order.
PLEASE NOTE: orders will be shipped directly from our factory in Thailand. Customers are responsible for paying any import duty or taxes that apply to importing goods to their country.
